The T-MEDNet Collected database is a growing compilation of network collected data on climate change indicators: temperature conditions and ecological impacts . This collaborative initiative aims to gather long-term information across the Mediterranean Sea to obtain an extensive and up-to-date track on temperature conditions and ecological impacts in coastal ecosystems.
The T-MEDNet Contextual database gathers information on climate change indicators from different sources: published data in the literature, unpublished data, T-MEDNet collected data and different open data repositories (e.g. Copernicus, EMODNet).
Overall these datasets have the intention to provide a solid understanding of the past, present and future changes by tracking the relationships between the ongoing warming trends and increase of marine heatwaves events.
